This ground floor is ideal for couples with or have children. The house has a porch furnished with a table and chairs where you can share evenings with your loved ones. For cooking lovers there is a mobile barbecue at your disposal. Upon entering, a cozy living-dining room equipped with air conditioning awaits you where you can watch television, listen to music or simply relax on the sofa. The independent gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two of them with two double beds and the third with two single beds. The three rooms have an electric radiator each. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair. The house has a bathroom with a bathtub. S'Estanyol is a very quiet area; You can find restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and about 300 meters away there is a virgin beach ideal for walking or cooling off. Just 2 km away, in sa RÃ pita, there is another beach and a greater variety of services. 6 km away is Es Trenc beach, one of the best in Mallorca for its transparent waters and white sand. In Palma, the capital of the island, you can take sightseeing tours, cultural walks or go shopping. A car is recommended if you want to see the rest of the island.
